DemoANAF Media Partner Terms

These Terms govern the media partnership with DemoANAF, operated by Gamerina SRL (CUI RO43020532), and the partner company identified by its CUI, represented by the person accepting the agreement. By checking the acceptance box on application, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions below.
1. Parties
The agreement is between Gamerina SRL, operator of demoanaf.ro, and the partner company identified by the CUI provided on application, represented by the contact person who accepts the agreement.
2. Object
The partner places a dofollow link and a banner to demoanaf.ro on the publications listed in the application, for 12 months from approval.
In exchange, Gamerina SRL grants free DemoANAF Pro access for 12 months, plus 20% recurring commission on Pro subscriptions brought in through the partner's referral link, under the Affiliate Program Terms.
3. Partner obligations
The placement (link and banner) stays live and visible for the whole term of the agreement, with no nofollow or sponsored attributes.
The partner makes no misleading claims about DemoANAF and clearly discloses sponsored content per applicable advertising law.
4. Term and termination
The agreement runs for 12 months from approval. Removing the placement or breaching these Terms can lead to termination.
On termination, the granted Pro access is revoked and any unpaid commissions in the affiliate account are forfeited, per the Affiliate Program Terms.
5. Data processing
We process the contact data provided on application (name, role, email) and the addresses of the listed publications.
Placement verification is done through an automated, periodic fetch of the pages you specify, with no collection of your publication's visitors' personal data.
6. Governing law
The agreement is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of Romania.
These Terms are issued by Gamerina SRL, operator of DemoANAF. Version 2026-09-15 takes effect on the date of publication.
