How to add it

The same MCP URL works in Claude, ChatGPT web, and other compatible clients.

Claude

Open Connectors

In Claude: Settings → Connectors. On Team/Enterprise plans, an admin can add the connector from Organization settings.

Add the URL

Click Add custom connector and paste the URL you copied above.

Authorise

Click Connect. The DemoANAF authorisation page will open — confirm, and the connector becomes active in your conversations.

ChatGPT web

Custom MCP connectors are configured from ChatGPT in the browser with Developer Mode enabled. The creation flow is not available in the mobile or desktop apps.

Enable Developer Mode

Open chatgpt.com, then go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode. In Business/Enterprise/Edu workspaces, access may depend on your admin.

Create the MCP app

In Settings → Apps, click Create app, choose a remote MCP server, and paste the DemoANAF URL above. Use OAuth if prompted to authenticate.

Use it in chat

Start a new chat, choose Developer Mode from the tools menu, and select the DemoANAF app. On first use, confirm the OAuth authorisation.

Public procurement data comes from SICAP / data.gov.ro (Authority for the Digitalisation of Romania), published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC-BY-4.0). See Terms and Conditions §8.

Responses generated by AI assistants are the user's responsibility — see Terms §9.

Read-only data

The data tools are read-only: they do not submit declarations or modify public registries. Subscription and renewal cancellation are billing actions, executed only after user confirmation.

Public data from the site plus public procurement and Pro capabilities available through MCP.

Standard OAuth

Standard OAuth authorisation after adding the MCP URL to a compatible client.

Other compatible clients: Cursor, Zed, Claude Code, and other applications that implement the MCP protocol accept the same URL.

ChatGPT: configuration is done in ChatGPT web via Developer Mode. Availability depends on your plan and workspace settings; on Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans, admin activation may be required.
