DemoANAF Affiliate Program Terms

Participation is open exclusively to registered legal entities (companies with a valid VAT ID) from Romania or the European Union. Individuals cannot apply.

The applicant must hold an active DemoANAF account and provide accurate company details (VAT ID, name, IBAN).

The standard commission is 20% (2000 bps) of the net amount (ex-VAT) actually collected by DemoANAF for each payment by a referred customer, for the lifetime of their subscription.

The commission rate is fixed at the time of conversion (snapshot). Subsequent rate changes do not retroactively affect existing commissions.

Commissions are calculated solely on amounts actually collected, after any applied discount. Values are expressed in EUR cents (integer), no fractions.

Each commission enters a 'pending' state and becomes eligible after 30 calendar days from the customer payment date (anti-refund holdback).

If the customer payment is refunded or disputed (chargeback) during this period, the corresponding commission is cancelled.

Commissions marked 'eligible' are reviewed automatically and approved if no fraud signals are present.

The payment model is supplier-side: the affiliate, as a registered company, must issue a fiscal invoice (factură) to DemoANAF (Gamerina SRL) for the commission owed, using their own invoicing application (SmartBill, Oblio or another e-Factura-compatible application). DemoANAF does not issue this invoice on the affiliate's behalf.

The commission is paid only after the affiliate's invoice is received. DemoANAF records the affiliate's invoice number and pays the amount by bank transfer to the affiliate company's IBAN, within 10 business days of payment approval.

The minimum payout threshold is €50 net/month. Amounts below the threshold roll over to the next month.

Payments are made monthly, usually within the first 10 days of the month following the reference period.

Attribution is via first-party cookie (60 days, last-click) or coupon, with priority given to the Stripe signal (client_reference_id).

Self-referrals (customer = affiliate or associated person) are detected automatically and excluded.

The program may be modified or discontinued with 30 days' notice. Previously approved commissions remain valid.

DemoANAF may suspend or exclude an affiliate for breach of these Terms, without notice in serious cases (fraud, spam, reputational damage).

• No brand bidding or PPC on protected terms — You may not bid on the terms 'demoanaf', 'ANAF' or spelling variants in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), regardless of type (search, display, shopping).
• No misrepresentation as ANAF or government authority — Any suggestion that DemoANAF is an official ANAF, MFP or other public-authority platform is strictly prohibited. It must be clear that it is an independent private service.
• No spam, fake traffic or bots — Unsolicited emails (spam), artificially generated traffic (bots, click farms), aggressive pop-ups or any form of deceptive advertising are prohibited.
• No cookie stuffing — Injecting the referral cookie without an authentic navigation action by the user (e.g. via hidden iframes or automated redirects) is prohibited.
• No self-referral — You may not use your own referral link to acquire a DemoANAF subscription for yourself or persons associated with your company. Such conversions are excluded automatically.
• Coupon sites — written approval required — Listing your referral link or promotional codes on deal/coupon sites is permitted only with prior written approval from DemoANAF.
• Mandatory affiliate relationship disclosure — Any content promoting DemoANAF that may generate a commission (article, video, social media post, etc.) must include a clear statement of the commercial relationship (e.g. 'Affiliate link — I earn a commission if you subscribe').
• No misleading earnings claims — You may not guarantee or exaggerate potential earnings from the program. Illustrative figures must be presented as examples, not promises.

Breach of any of the above restrictions may result in suspension of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
